  • How do I contact you?
    You can contact us over email at contact@projobhunter.com we respond within 24 business hours. Once you are a subscriber, we will provide you personal contact of a dedicated customer service agent, for your regular contact point. You can also call us at +1 (888) 301-4017, its toll free in US and Canada.
  • No one is replying to my emails?
    We reply to emails within 24 business hours mostly, however please note we do not work during weekends or designated national/provincial holidays.
  • How do I get started with your services?
    Getting started is easy. Simply sign up on our website, choose the service package that best suits your needs, and our team will reach out to begin the onboarding process.
  • Why you create a new LinkedIn?
    We ues LinkedIn to message recruiters, where we think you need to be highlighted and would be a great fit for the role. For messaging on LinkedIn we need premium plan thus we get it for free for you, and them message. We recomend you to check your new LinkedIn daily and respond to recruiters when they get back to you. You can also edit the new linkedIn as you would like.
  • What is included in the weekly subscription service?
    The weekly subscription service includes 50 job applications per week. We will be providing you a report with job titles and companies applied on your behalf. We also provide ATS compliance resume redo, we will ensure that your resume is ATS compliant. However, we offer additional paid services for entire resume redo, if client need. Our subscription include reaching out to industry HR professionals and share your profile, we also reach out to our past clients to get referrals for you. If needed we will reach out to different company HRs over LinkedIn, to get you interviews.
  • Do you customize resume for every application?
    No, we don't customize client resume for every job. Our subscription include resume ATS compliance editing, to ensure your resume is ATS compliant. Often we apply multiple jobs in same company, and submitting different resume hints to HRs that clinet is faking the resume experience. Thus we create custom cover letter for job posting that require it, and thats how we customize your application package.
  • Which all platforms you apply jobs at?
    Primarily we apply jobs at LinkedIn, as thats the most professional job posting website. We also apply at Indeed, Zip Recruiter and Monster if needed. We also apply to company websites directly based on industries.
  • How much does the weekly subscription service cost?
    The cost of our weekly subscription service varies depending on the package you choose. Please visit our pricing page for detailed information at https://www.projobhunter.com/plans-pricing
  • What happen after I subscribe?
    A customer service agent will be assigned to you, they will reach out and assist you with onboarding. After completion of onboarding, we will start applying jobs, at the end of week, you will get a report with job titles and companies that we applied for you. You will also get emails for most roles we applied from the companies, so you can track the progress.
  • I didn't get any interview yet?
    Normally we see that first week applications get clients interviews by week 3 or 4. Thus please have some patience and we are confident you will get interview, or at end of week 5, our Interview guarantee will ensure we apply jobs for free until you get interview.
  • How do you select the jobs you apply to on my behalf?
    We select jobs based on your skills, experience, and career goals. Our team uses advanced job-matching algorithms and manual selection to ensure the positions are a good fit for you. We also leverage job databases of LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.
  • Will I be notified of the jobs you apply to?
    Yes, you will receive regular updates on the jobs we have applied to on your behalf, including details of the position title and company in weekly report. You will also sometime get emails from companies when applications are submitted.
  • Can I provide input on the types of jobs I want to apply for?
    Absolutely! We encourage you to share your job preferences and any specific requirements you have. This helps us tailor our job search and applications to better suit your needs. During onboarding we go over your preferences and target jobs/industries. You can always reach out to assigned customer agent to update these preferences.
  • How can I cancel my subscription?
    Email your dedicated customer support agent or contact@projobhunter.com. Please clearly mention that you want to cancel your subscription, they will cancel subscriptions as per our Terms and Conditions. Should you choose to cancel before completing the 5-week commitment, an early termination fee of $150 or the remaining balance for the weeks left, whichever is lower, will apply.
  • When can I cancel without a termination fee?
    You can cancel anytime during the paid trial period, which is first 7 days. After that you are committed for additional 4 weeks and thus cannot cancel. After end of committed period, you are free to cancel again anytime. Please note that the card will be charged exactly when 7*24 hrs occurs, after which we will provide you with second week report, however, we will allow customers to cancel by midnight of the 7th day. Should you choose to cancel before completing the 5-week commitment, an early termination fee of $150 or the remaining balance for the weeks left, whichever is lower, will apply.
  • If I don't like service, can I cancel and get REFUND?
    No, we do not offer refunds. However if you do not get interview as part of our interview guarantee, then we will process the refund based on our Terms and Conditions. Should you choose to cancel before completing the 5-week commitment, an early termination fee of $150 or the remaining balance for the weeks left, whichever is lower, will apply.
  • What is Interview Guarantee?
    If you do not get any interview within first 5 weeks of service, then reach out to us and we will start our service for Free until you get an interview. Please note that for the purposes of this guarantee, an interview is defined broadly and includes, but is not limited to, calls for preliminary qualification checks by companies, one-way video interviews, or any form of online assessment conducted by potential employers. Our guarantee is solely based on the successful arrangement of an interview as outlined above, regardless of specific parameters or preference of yours. You must sign the interview guarantee claim form to claim the guarantee.
  • I got a job, cancel my service?
    During paid trial, you can cancel it. However if you are in committed period, then you cannot cancel unless you pay eary termination fee, however, we can apply jobs for somebody else you might want us to apply for, we can keep apply for you to get you more interviews, or we can also keep pending applications in your account for future use. Should you choose to cancel before completing the 5-week commitment, an early termination fee of $150 or the remaining balance for the weeks left, whichever is lower, will apply.

  • Do you guarantee job placement?
    While we do not guarantee job placement, we are committed to providing you with the best possible tools and support to enhance your job search and increase your chances of landing a job. Our Interview Guarantee might provide you more information.
  • How to claim the Interview Guarantee?
    You must sign and submit our Interview Guaratnee Claim Form after 5 week of paid service and not being able to sercure any interview.
  • I have decided to stop paying anymore!
    In the event of an outstanding payment, we may engage a collection agency to recover the amount owed, along with a $100 penalty fee. No interest will be charged on the outstanding balance.
