About the Role
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Client Support Specialist. The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and analyzing customer data. They will also be responsible for effective communication with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and maintain positive client relationships.
Provide assistance to sales and support teams as needed, ensuring seamless client interactions and communication.
Assist with onboarding new clients and managing the offboarding process when necessary, ensuring smooth transitions.
Verify that all client-related reports are accurate and align with company data for informed decision-making.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Experience in customer support, client services, or a similar role with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving.
Experience with CRM, or Project Managerment software is a plus
Analytical skills to effectively analyze customer data and identify trends
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
