I find Sarah and her response time very frustrating, she should respond sooner, later I raised the issue with customer dispute team and they resolve the issue and now I get faster response from Sarah, they added some tag on my account so its never missed. However, 24 hr is good timeline to hear back over email on regular days.
I was very angry when I didnt get any interview in first 2 weeks, but from week 4 is when i started hearing back and then got job after that. They were very kind and supportive, made me understand the process and helped with expectation. They also did some 25 free applications for me.
My permit was going to expire in 3 month, they advised me to change my job scope more broader and I got the job, saved myself from having to leave canada. Good service. I like it.
More than just applying for me, I appreciated the career counseling service alot, as a coop student, I didnt know what kind of roles I should apply, and they helped me with that. Also getting to know some states from them about what to expect as first coop term student, I had a better understanding on what to expect.
For the first 1-2 weeks, I didn't get much value, but after that interview calls started coming, and I got a job by 3rd week. Definitely recommend them.
yea, but I think it also depend on your resume and cover letter, Sarah helped me with few updates in my resume and that's what helped me get interviews.
I subscribed on October 16th—let’s see how it goes!
