OUR SERVICES
The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), etc.), so if your interactions would be subject to such laws, you may not use the Services. You may not use the Services in a way that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
AI-Enabled Technology: Our Services are powered in part by a proprietary, AI-enabled career-intelligence platform that analyzes your profile, application history, and available labour-market data to identify, customize, and submit job applications on your behalf, and to generate career, compensation, and market-positioning recommendations. Certain matching, application, and outreach decisions may be made or assisted by automated systems, subject to human review as described in our Services. This platform continuously improves using aggregated application, interview, and employer-response data.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Billing and Renewal (Weekly Subscription)
Your weekly subscription will automatically renew unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring prior approval for each recurring charge, until you cancel the service, provided you are eligible to cancel at that time. The length of the billing cycle for this plan is weekly.
Lifetime Access Plan
In addition to the weekly subscription, we offer a one-time Lifetime Access Plan for a single upfront payment, as displayed on our Plans & Pricing page at the time of purchase. This plan grants unlimited, ongoing access to the Job Application Services for as long as ProJobHunter Ltd continues to offer them, with no additional recurring charges. Unlike the weekly subscription, the Lifetime Access Plan:
does not automatically renew and is not billed on a recurring basis; is not subject to the Paid Trial Period or Four-Week Commitment Period described below, as those mechanisms apply only to the weekly subscription; is not transferable to another individual; and is subject to the same Discretionary Refunds policy (Section 7) and Interview Guarantee Terms and Refund (Clause 30) that apply to the weekly subscription, with the timeframes described in Clause 30 measured from the start date of the Lifetime Access Plan.
Paid Trial Period (Weekly Subscription)
We offer a 7-day paid trial to new users who register for the Job Application Services on the weekly subscription plan. At the end of the paid trial period, your account will be charged according to the subscription plan you selected at registration.
Four (4) Week Commitment Period (Weekly Subscription)
If you do not cancel within the paid trial period, you are committed to the weekly service for an additional four weeks. During this four-week commitment period, you cannot cancel your service.
Cancellation
You may cancel your weekly subscription within the paid trial period or after the four-week commitment period by contacting us using the information in Section 31. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. If you have any questions or are unsatisfied with our services, please call us at +1 (888) 301-4017.
Fee Changes
We may, from time to time, change the subscription fee and will notify you of any price changes in accordance with applicable law. We may also charge sales taxes, processing fees, or other fees as per our policies or operations.
Modifications and Use of Submitted Materials
By subscribing, you consent to us editing, updating, or changing your resume, cover letter, or any other materials you submit to us. We may also create new documents, draft cover letters, reach out to recruiters, companies, or individuals on your behalf, and share your profile/information with others without your prior notice or consent. Additionally, we reserve the right to apply to job titles and locations that may differ from your original submission or instructions, based on our platform's assessment of your competitiveness and current market demand, at our sole discretion.
Usage of Job Portals
We may create accounts on job portal websites, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and ZipRecruiter, on your behalf to apply for jobs. We take no responsibility for how these platforms use information that we submit about you in order to apply for jobs on your behalf. We will require you to give us access to your existing accounts on these platforms for the purpose of applying to jobs and messaging personnel to secure interviews or share your profile/information. You give us consent for this usage of job portals as outlined in these terms.
LinkedIn Messaging Usage
By using our service, you consent to our creating a new LinkedIn account on your behalf, starting a LinkedIn Premium trial, and messaging recruiters on your behalf. You will not be charged for the Premium trial. It is your responsibility to respond to those recruiters and check your new LinkedIn account daily. The LinkedIn profile is created based on the information you submit; we take no responsibility for its accuracy, and you are responsible for editing your LinkedIn profile to ensure it is accurate.

You give us the right to access, read, and send emails on your behalf. You will provide us with Gmail account delegation, and we will set up email forwarding on this account. Any verbal agreements made by any employee or contractor of our company are not legally binding and do not alter the conditions outlined in these terms in any manner. MISCELLANEOUS
These Legal Terms, and any policies or operating rules we post, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Legal Terms apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time. We are not liable for any failure to act caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it is severable and does not affect the remaining provisions. INTERVIEW GUARANTEE TERMS AND REFUND
We offer an interview guarantee with our subscription service. If, during your paid 5-week subscription period, we are unable to secure an interview for you, you will be eligible to receive an additional 6–9 weeks of service free of charge. If, after this extended period, we are still unable to secure an interview, you will be eligible for a refund.
Definition of an Interview: For purposes of this guarantee, an interview includes any one of the following: (1) preliminary qualification checks by a potential employer; (2) a telephone or video conversation (including a one-way video interview) or preliminary assessment (e.g., programming assignment, personality questionnaire) with a potential employer; or (3) any form of assessment conducted specifically with respect to you by a potential employer.
Additional Clarity: An interview is only valid if offered to a selected group of candidates, not sent to everyone. Calls that only verify basic eligibility (e.g., "Are you legally eligible to work in Canada?") do not count as interviews. Calls asking about your skills, experience, or background (e.g., "Tell us about your experience with X") do qualify, as do online assessments and one-way video interviews sent to a select few candidates.
Conditions of the Guarantee:
The interview obtained may not align with your preferred company, job title, location, pay, or other preferences. The guarantee is based solely on the successful arrangement of an interview as defined above, regardless of your personal preferences. If you do not check your email/LinkedIn/phone and respond to recruiters/companies within 24 hours of receiving a message, your interview guarantee will be voided due to your negligence. It is your responsibility to respond to every message on your new LinkedIn account within 24 hours.
Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel your subscription or service at any time, at our sole discretion, particularly if you violate these Legal Terms or misuse our service. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and any interview guarantee will be voided.
Procedure for Claiming the Guarantee:
After completing the one-week trial and four-week commitment period, if no interview has been obtained (as defined above), you may claim an additional 6–9 weeks of service free of charge by submitting a signed Interview Guarantee Claim Form. Upon completion of the additional 6–9 weeks, if no interview has been secured, you will be eligible for a refund. To initiate the refund, sign and submit a Refund Claim Form.
For clients on the Lifetime Access Plan, the same procedure applies, with the relevant periods above measured from the start date of the Lifetime Access Plan rather than from a weekly billing cycle.
Requirements for Refund Claim: You must submit the signed Refund Claim Form; you may only initiate a refund claim if we are unable to secure an interview during the free interview-guarantee period; you must agree to all conditions in the guarantee claim form; and no information may be concealed, nor the guarantee misused.
By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to the interview guarantee and conditional refund terms above. To request the forms, email support@projobhunter.com.

SUMMARY OF KEY POINTS
This summary provides key points from our privacy notice, but you can find more detail on any of these topics using the table of contents below.
What personal information do we process? When you visit, use, or navigate our Services, we may process personal information depending on how you interact with us, the choices you make, and the products and features you use — including recording our communications, calls, or meetings with you.
Do we process any sensitive personal information? We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as a standard part of registration. However, because our Services involve reviewing resumes and cover letters, and — where you opt in — accessing connected accounts such as Gmail or LinkedIn on your behalf, sensitive information may incidentally be present in the materials or accounts you share with us (for example, a photo, information suggesting national origin, age, or gender, or other content within a connected email account). We handle any such incidentally received information under the same safeguards described in this notice and do not use it for profiling based on protected characteristics. See Section 1 for more detail.
Do we receive any information from third parties? We may receive information from public databases, marketing partners, social media platforms, and other outside sources.
How do we process your information? We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services — including our AI-enabled career-matching and application platform — to communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We process your information only when we have a valid legal reason to do so. See Section 2 for more detail.
In what situations and with which parties do we share personal information? We may share information in specific situations and with specific third parties, including job portals and employers as part of delivering the Services. See Section 3 for more detail.
No mobile information is shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
What are your rights? Depending on where you are located, applicable privacy law may give you certain rights regarding your personal information. See Section 9 for more detail.
How do you exercise your rights? The easiest way is by submitting a data subject access request, or by contacting us at support@projobhunter.com. We will act on any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

This may include: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, resume, cover letter, employment and education history, salary expectations, and job-search preferences.
Sensitive information. We do not require or intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as information about race, ethnicity, religion, health, or sexual orientation) as a standard part of using our Services. However, sensitive information may be incidentally present in materials you provide — such as a photo on a resume, or content within a connected Gmail or LinkedIn account we access on your behalf under our Terms and Conditions. Where this occurs, we do not use such information to make decisions about you based on protected characteristics, and we apply the same security and retention practices described in this notice. All personal information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes.
Information automatically collected
In Short: Some information — such as your IP address and browser/device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This does not reveal your specific identity but may include your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, and information about how and when you use our Services. In Short: We may share information in the situations described in this section and with the following third parties.

-
HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?
In Short: If you register or log in using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.
Our Services allow you to register and log in using third-party social media account details (such as Facebook or Gmail). Where you do this, we receive certain profile information from your provider, which may include your name, email address, friends list, and profile picture, along with other information you've made public on that platform.
We use this information only for the purposes described in this notice or otherwise made clear to you. We do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. We recommend reviewing their privacy notice and setting your own privacy preferences on their platform.

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, these countries may not have data protection laws as comprehensive as those in your own jurisdiction. We will take reasonable measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this notice and applicable law.
-
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this notice, unless a longer period is required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).
When we no longer have an ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it, or, if that isn't possible (for example, because it's stored in backup archives), we will securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
-
DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to that minor's use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from a user under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete that data. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from a minor, please contact us at support@projobhunter.com.
-
WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.
Withdrawing your consent: If we rely on your consent (express or implied, depending on applicable law) to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw it at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 12. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal, nor processing carried out on a legal basis other than consent.
Account Information
If you would like to review, change, or terminate the information in your account, you can:
-
log in to your account settings (where available) to review or update your information directly; or
-
contact us at support@projobhunter.com with your request.
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our legal terms, and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
-
CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature you can activate to signal a preference not to have your online activity monitored and collected. No uniform technical standard for DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or similar mechanisms. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will update this notice accordingly.
-
DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

Cookie Policy
Last updated January 12, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how ProJobHunter Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," and "our") uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize you when you visit our website at https://www.projobhunter.com ("Website"). It explains what these technologies are and why we use them, as well as your rights to control our use of them.
In some cases we may use cookies to collect personal information, or information that becomes personal information if we combine it with other information.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used by website owners to make their websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information.
Cookies set by the website owner (in this case, ProJobHunter Ltd) are called "first-party cookies." Cookies set by parties other than the website owner are called "third-party cookies." Third-party cookies enable third-party features or functionality to be provided on or through the website (e.g., advertising, interactive content, and analytics). The parties that set these third-party cookies can recognize your computer both when it visits the website in question and also when it visits certain other websites.
Why do we use cookies?
We use first- and third-party cookies for several reasons. Some cookies are required for technical reasons for our Website to operate, and we refer to these as "essential" or "strictly necessary" cookies. Other cookies enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our Online Properties. Third parties serve cookies through our Website for advertising, analytics, and other purposes, described in more detail below.
How can I control cookies?
You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies. You can exercise your cookie rights by setting your preferences in the Cookie Consent Manager. The Cookie Consent Manager allows you to select which categories of cookies you accept or reject. Essential cookies cannot be rejected, as they are strictly necessary to provide you with services.
The Cookie Consent Manager can be found in the notification banner and on our website. If you choose to reject cookies, you may still use our website, though your access to some functionality and areas of the website may be restricted. You may also set or amend your web browser controls to accept or refuse cookies.
The specific types of first- and third-party cookies served through our Website, and the purposes they perform, are described below (the specific cookies served may vary depending on the specific pages you visit).
Essential website cookies
These cookies are strictly necessary to provide you with services available through our Website and to use some of its features, such as access to secure areas.

How can I control cookies on my browser?
The means by which you can refuse cookies through your web browser controls vary from browser to browser, so you should visit your browser's help menu for more information:
In addition, most advertising networks offer you a way to opt out of targeted advertising. For more information, please visit:
What about other tracking technologies, like web beacons?
Cookies are not the only way to recognize or track visitors to a website. We may use other, similar technologies from time to time, like web beacons (sometimes called "tracking pixels" or "clear gifs"). These are tiny graphics files containing a unique identifier that lets us recognize when someone has visited our Website or opened an email containing them. This allows us, for example, to monitor traffic patterns from one page to another, understand whether you arrived from an online advertisement on a third-party website, improve site performance, and measure the success of email marketing campaigns. Many of these technologies rely on cookies to function properly, so declining cookies will impair their functioning.
Do you use Flash cookies or Local Shared Objects?
Websites may also use so-called "Flash Cookies" (also known as Local Shared Objects, or "LSOs") to collect and store information about your use of our services, for fraud prevention, and for other site operations.
If you do not want Flash Cookies stored on your computer, you can adjust your Flash Player settings to block Flash Cookie storage using the tools in the Website Storage Settings Panel. You can also control Flash Cookies through the Global Storage Settings Panel, which explains how to delete existing Flash Cookies, prevent Flash LSOs from being placed on your computer without being asked, and (for Flash Player 8 and later) block Flash Cookies not delivered by the operator of the page you're on.
Please note that restricting or limiting acceptance of Flash Cookies may reduce or impede the functionality of some Flash applications, including any used in connection with our services or online content.
Do you serve targeted advertising?
Third parties may serve cookies on your computer or mobile device to deliver advertising through our Website. These companies may use information about your visits to this and other websites to provide relevant advertisements about goods and services that may interest you, and to measure the effectiveness of those advertisements, using cookies or web beacons. This process does not enable us or them to identify your name, contact details, or other information that directly identifies you, unless you choose to provide it.
How often will you update this Cookie Policy?
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please revisit this Cookie Policy regularly to stay informed about our use of cookies and related technologies. The date at the top of this Cookie Policy indicates when it was last updated.
Where can I get further information?
If you have any questions about our use of cookies or other technologies, please email us at support@projobhunter.com, or by post to:
